Organization of the University Administration
    Rector
The Rector of the University is appointed for a period of four years by the President of the Republic from among candidates elected by the university and proposed by the Higher Education Council. He is the chief executive officer of the University and presides over the Senate and the University Executive Council.

University Senate
The University Senate is the principal academic body comprised of the Rector, vice Rectors, Deans, elected representatives of each Faculty, and Directors of Graduate Schools and Schools.

University Executive Council
The University Executive Council is comprised of the Rector, the Deans and three professors elected by the University Senate for a period of four years.

Deans- Directors-Chairpersons and Staff
2.4 Deans- Directors-Heads and Staff The Deans of Faculties are appointed for a period of three years by the Higher Education Council from among three full time professors nominated by the Rector of the University.

Directors of Graduate Schools and Directors of Schools are appointed for a period of three years by the Rector of the University. Department Heads are appointed for a period of three years by the Dean of the Faculty.

Members of the academic staff are appointed according to the relevant regulations set by the Senate. The staff consists of research assistants, instructors, assistant professors, associate professors and professors.
