Social Life Students Social Life
    Muğla University provides plenty of opportunities for students who would like to participate in social, cultural, artistic, and scientific activities and help them in terms of organization, performance, and exhibition. Throughout the year, the University and student groups carry out miscellaneous activities including theatre performances, cinema days, competitions, concerts, folk dances, animations, and other artistic pursuits as well as panels, conferences, conversations and sales. Sıtkı Koçman Days and Traditional Spring Festival host the most outstanding and colourful activities participated by not only Muğla University students but also student groups or organizations from other universities. Various centres or halls, including the outstanding Atatürk Congress Centre, and also specially organised outdoor areas are utilised for the activities that take place on campus.

Within the structure of Muğla University there are over 30 student societies and clubs carrying out miscellaneous cultural, artistic, cultural, sports, and scientific activities through which students are encouraged to effectively use their leisure time, to enhance their academic work, to exercise initiative, to develop their creativity, to canalize their energies towards beneficial activities, to develop as aim oriented and social individuals with healthy minds and bodies, to build up strong friendships sharing same hobbies and interests.

Student societies and clubs carry out their activities and administrative works within the Ali Koçman Culture and Arts Centre on campus.
