Registration Information
The registration fee includes;
- attendance to the conference,
- giftpack (proceedings, note books, etc.) and a bag.
- welcome cocktail,
- reception dinner,
- coffee breaks.
The hotel reservation fee per day includes;
- 1 night accommodation with 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner.
At least one person must register for each paper before 2 June 2006.
Registration Fee without Paper:
140 € (by 2 June)
Registration Fee with Paper:
130 € (by 2 June)
Hotel Registration Fee:
40 € (Double room, two person per day),
60 € (Double room, single person per day),
These fees are valid between 21-24 June 2004. All the rooms are double rooms and the additional cost of accommodation is 20 € for one person in double room per day, i.e, 60 €. Extra dinner or lunch without overnight stay per person is 10 €. In the case of a preference, please indicate roommate name and surname in the registration form.
All extra charges, like transfers between the airport and the hotel must be paid by the remitter. If you need a transfer please clearly indicate your name and paper id on the form.
You will not be considered as a registered participant until your payment has been received.
The registration fee and the extra costs must be transferred to the account below.
