1-) Tez Adı: Passivation Studies for Textured Solar Cells. Konu: Depending on the energy need, the energy obtained from the sun is becoming more and more important in today's technology. Therefore, there is a need for solar cells with increased efficiency and reduced cost. The most effective way to increase efficiency is to reduce the amount of reflected light and to increase the interaction between the material used in the production of solar cells and the light. . 2-) Tez Adı: On The Performance Limits for Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells: A Theoretical Study. Konu: In this thesis, a theoretical analysis on the performance limits of c-Si solar cells was conducted with a computational support. The optimization of Si solar cell parameters both from electrical and optical view, by using trusted software simulation PC1D program, was done. The parameters that have been tried to be improved and optimized were the wafer thickness, the type of the absorber layer, doping concentration, surface texturing and ARC materials. .
