Our university showed its bonds to its cute friends on April 4th, World Street Animal Day. Animal lovers, who came together in the Wildlife Park in our central campus, gave feed and water to the animals housed here.

The event which was organized to call attention to and raise awareness on animal rights was participated by University Rector, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Çiçek, Vice Rectors and the staff of our university.

At the event, tens of animals housed in the park were given their feed and water; accommodation conditions are observed.

All the needs of the stray animals living in the shelters created in the Wildlife Park are regularly met by the Campus Paws Community and volunteer animal lovers. At the same time, pets such as cats and dogs are adopted here and their care processes are followed.
